former MVP football player at
Hofstra University, Andy has a deep
understanding of what is takes to be
successful on and off the playing
field. Additionally, Andy has
developed exceptional negotiating
and planning skills, as a result of
his extensive experience in
developing and negotiating complex
agreements with Fortune 500
companies during his 10 year career
as a sales and marketing executive
for Cadbury Schweppes. As a
successful athlete representative,
Andy has expertise in complex deal
negotiations, sports marketing,
public relations and endorsement
deal creation. Additionally, Andy
has organized, and manages, an
extraordinary team that supports the
Icon Sports Athletes across the
entire spectrum of services. Andy’s
broad experience in athletics,
negotiations and business planning
provide a unique platform to deliver
long-term success for Icon clients.
Debbie Carroll, VP
Administration/Media Relations
Debbie
has extensive experience in media
and public relations and is the key
to crafting and executing an
integrated plan for our individual
athletes. Her contacts in sports and
mainstream media are comprehensive.
Debbie has successfully and
carefully crafted the images of some
of the most recognized athletes on
the planet.
